ByStar Flat Bed Laser Cutting
Laser cutting is a thermal cutting process for processing sheet metal. The laser beam is created by the laser source (resonator), conducted by a transport fiber or mirrors in the machine cutting head where a lens focuses it at very high power on a very small diameter. This focused laser beam meets the sheet metal and melts it.

BLM 3D Tube Bender
Our BLM 3D Tube bender machine offers power and precision for every project. Save time and money bending complex and helix tubing with full electric CNC Tube Bender with 9 axes and 3D programming. The multi stack tool mounting facility allows multi-radius and variable radius bending to the same tube in a single set-up. Up to three different tools can be stacked to bend one tube. Our skilled team can provide error-free production eliminating waste and production efficiency. Special non-standard shaped tubes often have poor dimensional accuracy or repeatability. Our machine and skill operators can select a special working cycle that make it possible to obtain high part to part repeatability.

Mazak Tube Laser Cutting
Our Mazak 3D laser cutting machine will improve your productivity, lower cost and improve lead times. It can provide automatic and continuous 3D laser cutting of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum tubes, pipes and special shapes by a total of 30 controlled axes. Cutting and tapping are done in one operation. Our laser cutter has the ability to dovetail, miter cut, notch, pipe joints, slot holes, tabs, laser marking and can provide customized solutions for each project as needed. The Mazak can bevel cut for easier tube fitting and welding. Secondary operations such as sawing, punching, drilling and tapping are eliminated. We can process odd shaped tubes such as C-channels, D-tubes, elliptical tubes and bar stock.

Roll Bending
Our hydraulic rolling machine has a capacity of 8’ x 12” thickness. So we can fabricate heavy-gauge ductwork, metal chutes, and many other applications. Bring us your drawings – we have full in-house design to help with your next project.
Saw Cutting
Our band saw provides automatic scissor style performance providing exceptional miter cutting capability for heavy-duty applications. The Hydmech band saw is highly reliable and has a powerful motor and gearbox to enable exceptional cutting performance on multiple types of materials. It features a 16″H x 25″W capacity at 90°, 7.5 HP motor, and 1 1/4″ blade.
Punching & Forming
Our high performance CNC Punch Press machine offers reliable, productive and efficient punching applications. The powerful 30 ton machine can punch and form flat material up to 3/8” thick x 60” x 120” for versatility to satisfy a wide range of production needs.
Manual & Robotic Welding
We have skilled craftsmen and welders that have the experience to make sure your parts and products are welded properly to your design specifications. We offer a wide range of capabilities including spot welding, TIG and MIG services. For long-run and large quantity orders we use robotic welding to lessen cost and increase efficiency. The materials that we weld are stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum.

We take pride in all our work and all projects are fully inspected before they leave our facility.
Powder Coat Painting
We offer a wide range of services and can powder coat paint multiple metal surfaces. Valiant has automated and manual spray systems so no matter your project we have you covered. Colors and coverage are consistent with little fading, chipping, or cracking.
